Decent Homes

 

Since the turn of the century we have replaced over 3,000 kitchens and over 1,000 bathrooms in partnership with registered social housing providers to assist them in bringing their housing stock up to the decent homes standard in line with the Government housing strategy.

 

Our Decent Homes Department is manned with a highly skilled directly employed work force which ensures that the minimum disruption is caused to the tenants and that the works are competed to a high quality to an efficient and sympathetic manner.
